Pensemos que actualmente, el cliente se informa much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s, sobre todo en tiempos de pandemia, con tantas horas para buscar y comparar. Las compras por Internet son, por tanto, la tendencia, incluso en mercados como la reforma o la construcci\u00f3n. Buscar proveedores o profesionales a trav\u00e9s de Internet es ya una realidad y el precio ya no es suficiente para hacernos m\u00e1s visibles. Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos diferenciarnos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pide informaci\u00f3n a tus propios clientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En cualquier trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n, la documentaci\u00f3n es esencial. Aborda estas estrategias de diferenciaci\u00f3n como una tarea de investigaci\u00f3n. Si lo haces as\u00ed, te dar\u00e1s cuenta de que la principal fuente la tienes muy a mano, en tus propios clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuentas con clientes satisfechos que seguramente estar\u00e1n encantados de decirte qu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s les ha gustado de tu trabajo. Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n ayudarte a mejorar con una simple encuesta de calidad para poder medir su nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n. Las cr\u00edticas constructivas siempre nos ayudan a crecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> 2. No subestimes a la competencia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la opini\u00f3n de tus clientes tienes una gran informaci\u00f3n que te ayudar\u00e1 en el segundo paso: investigar a tus principales competidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inf\u00f3rmate de si tu competencia directa hace encuestas de calidad. Intenta investigar c\u00f3mo lo est\u00e1n haciendo y qu\u00e9 resultados est\u00e1n obteniendo. Lo importante es saber si sus propuestas de valor son mejores que las nuestras, pues hay veces que creemos que ofrecemos el mejor de los productos o servicios subestimando por completo a la competencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Internet puedes buscar informaci\u00f3n con opiniones sobre antiguos clientes. Normalmente suelen dejarse las opiniones negativas, las positivas hay que buscarlas. As\u00ed, podr\u00e1s ver cu\u00e1les son sus puntos d\u00e9biles. F\u00edjate en aspectos importantes como la calidad de sus proveedores, si los tiempos se cumplen, si tienen un buen servicio posventa etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Dir\u00edgete hacia lo que resalte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez tengas las encuestas de calidad y la informaci\u00f3n sobre tus competidores, es momento de centrarte en aquellas cosas que pueden diferenciarte de otros. Por ejemplo, si ves que tu principal competidor est\u00e1 teniendo problemas con el servicio postventa, puedes poner en valor vuestra capacidad para solventar problemas despu\u00e9s de realizar los trabajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo importante aqu\u00ed es que te centres en aquellos aspectos que otros est\u00e1n descuidando.
